I got payment through for my parents camera yesterday; except it’s in Frickin’ Dollars. So I’ve had to say “well, I’ll find out how much it costs to cash it, but…. it’s going to cost you more. Now of course he’s saying “oh, I’ll pay the extra through PayPal”. Why couldn’t he do that in the first fricking place, I didn’t *say* I accepted foreign cheques. I asked for paypal. He could have had the bloody camera by now. NYARGH!
I can’t understand why people don’t read the payment stuff on auctions. Or the ‘will send to’ stuff. It’s really fricking irritating.
At any rate, at least *some* money’s arrived. Technically I guess I could cash the cheque and wait for the rest to arrive.
Anyway. I looked at the freecycled telly yesterday, and it looks like it’s a simple fault which should be piddlingly easy to fix. Touch wood.
