Christ Tingle is fast
He could have written both cases weeks before. I bet they would only differ in a couple of key paragraphs, with the sexy parts mostly the same.

When I am having a bad day, I like to think about deviant Klingons.
It is easy. First think of something cute or gentle. Then think if a Klingon whose love of that thing is their secret shame.
Adolescent Klingons getting caught looking at fluffy kitten photos online and their parents wonder where they went wrong.
Vegetarian Klingons carefully preparing a home cooked meal using vegetables they had to smuggle into their house so the neighbors wouldn’t know.
Klingons who go to secret clubs to engage in gentle, vanilla sex and/or cuddling.
Klingons who collect pacifist literature.
Klingons who just want to wear jewel tones.

I ACTUALLY KNOW EXACTLY HOW THIS HAPPENED.
When typing up the instructions, the pharmacist or technician was probably using shorthand in the computer, which automatically translates into text a patient can understand. The shorthand for this would have originally been ‘2 pfs po q4h prn hs’, where ‘prn’ stands for ‘as needed’. And there was a typo, so ‘prn’ became ‘pr’, which stands for ‘per rectum’ (aka rectally). I’ve done this myself on accident with ‘diabetes’ (DIAB) and ‘diarrhea’ (DIA), as well as prn and pr.
…And that was your medical jargon lesson for the day, kiddies.
also, it is smol. it says so

Meet Physics Girl, a heroine to science communication
“So much of what I wanted to do [as a child] was dictated by what I saw on the media,” Cowern said. “I wanted to be a figure skater, I wanted to be a model, or an actress, but I never saw female scientists. I think that would have affected what I was interested in doing, what I thought women could do.”
Cowern said she was heartened by the fact that she is one of many female faces and voices on YouTube that are sharing their love for science—despite the challenges of being a woman on the Internet.
“I’ve had a lot of issues as a woman in a male-dominated field—feeling like I have to prove myself or feeling inadequate,” Cowern said. “But for the most part, I get support. I get emails from dads that are like, ‘My daughter hated physics or was feeling pressured to lose interest in science, but she saw your channel and now she wants to be a physicist.’ That makes all of this worth it.”
