How to people find time to write so much stuff?

I barely mange to finish reading tumblr/feedly/e-mail/comics, cook and eat food… pretty much every other aspect of being an (alleged) adult tends to fall by the wayside and need to be actively selected for attention if I want to achieve anything other than the reward of having dealt with e-mail and read all some of the stuff I’m interested in…
