overstimulation tip: turn down the brightness on your (phone, tv, computer) screens as low as you can. they’ll feel a lot less stressful.

You can also get an app for android called Twilight which lets you change the colour of the screen to make it even darker.

There’s also a mac app called f.lux which alters brightness and colour balance dependent on time of day…
