So, I just tried to order Pizza. Not a particularly complex operation you might think, but no. It took Eleven minutes to order 3 pizzas. I’ll grant we did make it more complex by having to split the order into two parts so we could have the two special offers. But still. 11 minutes. Three pizzas. That’s more than 3 minutes per pizza….
