Okay. So here’s three separate learning outcomes:
- Recognise situations in which agreed plans of nursing care are no longer appropriate and refer these to an appropriate accountable practitioner.
- Contribute to the evaluation of the appropriateness of nursing care delivered.
- Review and monitor the progress of planned care interventions.
Now, correct me if I’m wrong; but these could easily be written into one learning outcome on which I could write one thing. I’m sorely tempted to put the same thing down for all three, because I could. Fracking stupid game this. Either they trust their assessors or they don’t. It’s insane that I have to provide evidence, or at least some kind of commentry on their assessment of my abilities. *sighs*
